For a century, the summer camp program at Boxwell has transformed to support the larger agendas of the Council, Scouting, and the nation. Therefore, as the nation has changed, so too has Scouting and the council, and therefore how the Boy Scouting program is implemented at Boxwell. This book will describe the camp in all four of its incarnations and how each one was special. So join us and learn what Boxwell has meant to us all in the Middle Tennessee Council over the last 100 years.
Mr. Eades will discuss this important part of our local history and his book, “For the Good of the Program: A Century of Middle Tennessee Scouting at Boxwell, 1921-2021," in this special event.”
