Research consultation appointments can be made with the Upper Cumberland library specialist outside of designated hours for in-person services. Virtual research consultations can be made by appointment with librarians at the main library in Gallatin; they will be held via Zoom web conference software.
Research assistance is *always* available: 24/7 via chat and text (615-956-2275).

Thigpen Library is currently in the process of hiring a full time Librarian to serve the Upper Cumberland and to be based at CHEC.

Highland Crest library specialists are on-site approximately 25 hours per week in fall and spring to assist with class assignments and library resources. The library specialists' hours above may change due to staffing and student needs. Research appointments may also be made with an individual library specialist outside of those designated hours or virtual reference appointments can be made with librarians at the main library.
