- Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources (CCCOER) CCCOER is a consortium of community and technical colleges committed to expanding access to education and increasing student success through adoption of open educational policy, practices, and resources. - Is It Worth It? Evaluating an Open Educational Resources Awards Program Awards or grant programs are a common way for higher education institutions to incentivize the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) and other affordable course materials. This study evaluates the results of a two-year pilot OER awards program at East Tennessee State University.
- Addressing Textbook Affordability with Institutional Licensed EAddressing Textbook Affordability with Institutional Licensed E-textbooks The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of a textbook affordability project implemented during 2020-2021 at East Tennessee State University (four-year public doctoral institution with over 14,500 students). The project involved an acquisitions librarian, electronic resources librarian, and digital scholarship librarian who worked together to identify and acquire institutionally licensed textbooks utilizing campus bookstore data. The library created customized textbook permalinks for instructors to insert into their course Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and support purposes. In addition, the library provided a searchable list of course textbooks on their website using the Springshare E-Reserves module. Near the end of each semester, surveys were sent to students and instructors to assess their satisfaction with the service and impressions of using e-textbooks.

- OER Tutorials | CCCOER Archives of CCCOER's five-week series of OER tutorials held in summer 2020. Tutorials are for faculty, librarians, and instructional designers who are new to OER or need a refresher on basic concepts related to finding, adapting, and teaching with open educational resources.
- Connect OER | SPARC Connect OER is a platform to share and discover information about OER activities at campuses across North America.
- OER Starter Kit Workbook The book has five sections: Getting Started, Copyright, Finding OER, Teaching with OER, and Creating OER. Each chapter is accompanied with learning objectives and most chapters feature interactive elements and opportunities for readers to engage with the text. Although some chapters contain more advanced content, the Starter kit is primarily intended for users who are entirely new to Open Education.
