Writing

Tutoring is available by appointment through the Learning Commons in person or via Zoom. 

To book a session: 

1. Use the "tutoring appointment" button below to book an appointment with a writing tutor. 

2. Make your selections for tutoring/coaching, location, in person/virtual, tutor name/no preference, and date then time. 

3. Fill out the form. 

4. After booking, make sure to check your Volstate email for important information about your appointment, including a Zoom link if your appointment choice is virtual.

You are welcome to drop-in for your tutoring session if you don't have time to make an appointment. 

Gallatin Campus

NOTE: Drop-in help is on a first-come-first-served basis, so if you are not able to wait, you might want to make an appointment using the "Tutoring Appointment" box on this page. 

Zoom tutoring is available at all campuses

• Make an appointment.
• At your scheduled appointment time, enter the writing Zoom room
