To place items on library reserve, please complete the above Reserve Request Form. Print and complete the form and bring it with the associated materials to the Circulation desk (the library's "ASK" desk).

Faculty reserve requests for each semester are processed in the order in which they are received by the Library Circulation Staff. A minimum of 48 hours processing time (Monday-Friday) will be needed depending upon the number of materials being requested for reserve.

Faculty at the Cookeville, Livingston, Springfield centers can manage their reserve requests and materials through the library at each site.
