How do I connect to the Virtual Library?
- Go to Course Resources on the main page of your TN eCampus course.
- Select the Virtual Library link
- Select your home Institution (College or University) from the dropdown menu on the TN eCampus Virtual Library page
NOTE: The College name affiliated with the Virtual Library is based on the home college of the professor teaching your course which may be different from your home institution. In the above example the name is displayed as "TN eCampus Virtual Library: Volunteer State Community College" but a Roane State student would select Roane State Community College from the drop-down menu.
How do I login to the Virtual Library?
- The TN eCampus Virtual Library is your home institution Library. Login to you use library resources as you would for any course at your College.
How do I get research assistance for an assignment?
- Check your course for an embedded librarian.
- Contact the librarians at your home institution
- Vol State librarians will help Vol State students with both their Vol State and TN eCampus research.
How do I get help when I have problems with my virtual library's databases?
Browser settings are frequently the biggest obstacle to accessing a library's subscription resources.
- Clear your browser cache
- Accept cookies
- Restart your browser
- Verify your browser is updated to the latest version
- Switch to a different browser
- Restart your computer
